- Police Criminal Record Check (CRC) — basic criminal-record screening.
- Police Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check (PCRJMC) — criminal record plus outstanding judicial matters.
- Police Vulnerable Sector Check (PVSC) — enhanced screening for work or volunteering with children or vulnerable people.
Broad Record Checks are available only for those who may care for or provide a service to a child or youth under the relevant provincial legislation.

Record checks through this portal are for residents of the Belleville Police Service jurisdiction, including Corbyville, Foxboro, Plainfield, Roslin, and Thurlow.
