Children's Safety Village of Belleville

For more than two decades, the Children's Safety Village of Belleville has operated as a registered charity providing hands-on, experiential learning across Hastings and Prince Edward Counties. Each year it welcomes thousands of participants — students, families, and seniors — to free programming on topics such as:

• Pedestrian safety
• Emergency preparedness
• Fire safety
• Home safety
• Water safety
• Impaired and distracted driving awareness
• Fraud prevention

Programs accommodate groups of 10 or more through booked field trips and group visits, serving schools, homeschool groups, life-skills classes, Girl Guides, youth organizations, and seniors' groups.

In partnership with the Belleville Police Service

The Village works with the Belleville Police Service to deliver:

• Street Safety — for school-age children.
• Driving Under the Influence — for youth.
• Digital and Financial Safety — for adults 50+.
