Fail to Comply
On April 22nd at 1:43pm, Belleville Police responded to a residence in the city’s east end regarding an unwanted person. It was reported that a male attended the residence despite having conditions prohibiting communication with the tenant. It was also reported that the male had attended the residence on multiple occasions.
As a result of investigation, officers located, arrested and charged a 46-year-old Belleville man with:
• Fail to comply with a probation order
• Fail to comply with an undertaking
He was held for a bail hearing.
