A member of the Kingston Police Service has been charged by Belleville Police Service in connection to off-duty incidents.
In October 2025, the Belleville Police Service received a request from the Kingston Police Service to conduct an independent investigation into an allegation of criminal harassment involving one of their members.
On February 11th 2026, as a result of the investigation, the member was arrested and charged with one count of criminal harassment. The member was released on an Undertaking with conditions and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
