Warrants
On February 3rd at 7:25pm, Belleville Police responded to a business on North Front St. regarding a report of an unwanted person. Upon arrival, officers spoke to the male and learned he had outstanding Belleville Police Service arrest warrants for operation while prohibited, operation while impaired and failure to attend court. As a result, Christopher Derett, a 44-year-old Belleville man, was arrested on the strength of the warrants. He was released on an Undertaking with a scheduled court date in March.
